Anchor Super Scrub 2000 Fingernail Brush

We have been selling the Anchor Super Scrub 2000 for almost two years now. I handle the customer service for people who may not want to give their credit card information over the Internet, cannot get a charge through, or need to be invoiced for orders. The conversations I've had have made me feel there is a great need to tell people about this product.

I have talked to two medics who were issued these brushes in the Vietnam War in the late 1960s and their brushes are just now wearing out after daily use. These two individuals called about a month apart and were so glad to find these again; they really felt they were a treasured tool. We have communicated with several mechanics that have just now needed to replace them after 30 years of use in the shop. One very nice woman was so thrilled to find these she has told most of her friends and we have had a flurry of orders in her part of Florida recently.

We sell these fingernail brushes to universities, hospitals, private individuals, test facilities, manufacturing, and many food service operations (listed in about the order of volume). I must say that, recently, I visited my sister who has taken several HACCP courses. She has the brushes in every bathroom in her home. It was nice and felt good to see these brushes that clean your hands so well, so quickly, and really dilute the pathogens to a very safe level. I used to use a pumice-type soap, the Lava brand. I threw my block of Lava away after realizing regular hand soap and this brush clean better because it has the right softness to get into the grooves of your hand. The bristles are soft and gentle, yet strong enough to get the dirt and grease out quickly.

For hospital use these take autoclaving for 15 minutes, which cuts down on their life but they still last a very long time.

   Imagine how dirty my hands and under my nails get from working on the farm. Now, imagine trying to clean out all the ground-in "dirt" and get everything out from under my fingernails. These thermister thermometers are the state of the art for today’s food service employees, managers and chefs. A thermistor is a probe thermometer that measures the temperature of food electronically and produces a digital display of the results. The most accurate way to measure internal temperatures of food is using a thermocouple or thermistor thermometer. Train the Trainer

In order to become a trainer, you need to have taken the HACCP 1 workshop in St. Paul, Minnesota, Florence, Oregon or Portland, Oregon. After you have taken the HACCP workshop training, you need to plan on a second partial day for the Train the Trainer portion. The course will allow you to train others in basic HACCP principles. It will give you the tools and materials to train your staff in all they need to know about HACCP and Food Safety for the Manager, Chef and Supervisor.

WARFA 5-Year Recertification (Food Safety Certification or HACCP1 fee)

To keep your WARFA certification current, you will need to successively recertify by the time 5 years are up. Please check your WARFA certificate re the expiration date and leave yourself enough time to brush up on our coursework before retesting online takes place. Upon successfully passing the test, we will send you your Recertification Certificate.
